We want the terms of working together to be clear before you subscribe. This Refund Policy describes how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Nieri Creative subscription plans and one-time purchases.
1. Cancel anytime, no refunds
Subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle (typically monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your client portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access to the Services through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue full or prorated refunds for:
- unused days remaining in the current billing cycle after you cancel;
- unused revisions, unused turnaround days, or deliverables you chose not to request;
- periods during which you paused work, went on vacation, or did not submit briefs; or
- plan changes or downgrades taking effect on your next renewal.
2. One-time purchases
One-time production packages (for example, on-site filming days) are also non-refundable once work has started or a booking has been confirmed on our calendar. If you need to reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
3. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge on the wrong payment method — contact us within 30 days and we will review and correct legitimate billing errors.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel from the Billing section of your client portal, or by emailing admin@niericreative.com from the address on your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
